Traveler Conduct Policy

*RESPECT for local culture and customs- Travelers should be respectful and sensitive to local culture, traditions and customs of destinations we are visiting.

*Environmental Responsibility- Respect wildlife in their natural habitat, minimize waste and conserve resources. This is tourism responsibility!

*ENGAGE and INTERACT with locals- Be respectful, foster positive interactions and cultural exchange.

*Health & Safety- Follow the safety guidelines and take necessary health precautions, including vaccinations. Adhere to local regulations.

*Group Dynamics- It is extremely important to cooperate, communicate and be considerate for fellow travelers, tour guides and staff.

*Ethical Behavior- Travelers need to understand the importance of ethical behavior, including refraining from activities that may harm the environment, wildlife or local communities.

*Inclusivity and Diversity- Respect diversity among travelers and locals regardless of race, religion, gender or background.

*Alcohol and Substance Use- Guidelines will be encouraged to drink responsibly, use moderation and legal compliance must be followed.

*Conflict Resolution- Use communication and respectful problem solving.

*Cultural Sensitivity- Educate yourself about cultural sensitivities and taboos to avoid inadvertently causing offense.

*Local Laws and Regulations- All laws must be adhered to during your visit.

*Emergency Procedures- It is possible to have an emergency beyond our control, natural disasters, medical emergency or any unforeseen event.

Consequences- If a traveler fails to adhere to these policies as we determine, in our discretion, that there is concern for the safety, security or well being of others, Wildheart Safaris Kenya LLC may remove the traveler from a tour immediately. Travelers removed are responsible for their own costs related to removal including accommodations and transportation home at their own expense. No refunds will be issued if you are removed from a tour due to violation or the Traveler Conduct Policy.
